Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
The team targets retail and professional CFD clients. The role is Dubai-based.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales executives targeting retail and professional CFD clients.
- Set and drive individual and team KPIs for calls, meetings, deposits, and trading volume.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance and provide hands-on coaching.
- Manage lead allocation, sales pipelines, and follow-up discipline.
- Train the team on CFD products, sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Compliance on lead quality and regulatory adherence.
- Analyze performance and present actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of CFD/Forex sales experience, including leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of CFDs, MT4/MT5, and the brokerage client journey.
- Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic, English, and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
