Hiring: **Sales Team Leader – Visa & Immigration Consultancy**
About Us
The Complete Migration is a growing immigration consultancy based in Dubai, offering global migration services including Canada PR, Australia PR, skilled migration programs, worldwide visit visas, and international immigration solutions.
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven **Sales Team Leader** to lead and support our immigration sales consultants.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, daily sales management, lead conversion, and achieving monthly targets while maintaining excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor daily follow-ups, conversions, and CRM activities
- Support consultants in handling client queries and closing deals
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
- Ensure timely lead management and pipeline discipline
- Drive sales for Canada PR, Australia PR, visit visas, and global immigration services
- Prepare sales reports and share team performance updates
- Maintain service quality and compliance with company processes
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader / Senior Sales Consultant (immigration industry preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM and managing lead pipelines
- Knowledge of immigration and visa services will be an added advantage
- UAE experience preferred
