Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and immigration advisory services within the UAE market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively convert leads into clients, deliver tailored immigration solutions, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in guiding prospective clients through their immigration journey, offering expert consultation, eligibility assessment, and end-to-end sales support while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management:
Handle and convert inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, CRM platforms, and digital inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Client Consultation & Advisory:
Conduct detailed consultations (face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic) to analyze client profiles, understand immigration goals, and recommend suitable pathways aligned with their objectives.
- Eligibility Assessment:
Evaluate client qualifications against current immigration policies and criteria for major destinations such as Canada (Express Entry, PNP), Australia Skilled Migration, UK, and USA visa programs.
- Sales Strategy & Conversion:
Present customized immigration solutions, clearly explaining processes, timelines, documentation requirements, and fee structures to successfully close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Policy Awareness:
Stay updated with evolving immigration laws, visa regulations, and global mobility trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Documentation & CRM Management:
Collect and verify initial client documentation, ensure accurate contract completion, and maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with internal case processing, legal, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and application process for signed clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in immigration sales, consultancy, or a related client-facing sales role in the UAE market.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of global immigration programs, particularly Canada, Australia, UK, and USA pathways.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages such as English, Hindi, Urdu, or other regional languages.
- Exposure to a wider range of immigration programs and international visa processes.
- Previous experience working with licensed immigration consultancies or legal advisory firms.
