The Sales Systems Analyst supports and improves technologies, systems, and processes used by Sales Operations and commercial teams.
The analyst connects business users and technical teams so systems, reporting tools, and business processes support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and improve sales systems, including CRM and related commercial applications; gather and analyze business requirements.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and new-feature deployment; coordinate system improvements with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain system documentation, data definitions, and user procedures; monitor performance and find opportunities to optimize.
- Analyze processes and improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience; support workflow automation and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Support evaluation and implementation of tools and technologies and continuous improvement for sales and commercial teams.
- Support sales reports, dashboards, KPIs, reporting requirements, data validation, and sales and customer data analysis.
- Support Power BI and other business intelligence tools, and adoption of AI, automation, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Act as a point of contact for sales systems questions; develop user guides and training, train users, and promote data governance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in enterprise systems, sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
