Sales operations
- Receive customer enquiries by email, telephone, or fax; capture requirements and direct enquiries to the appropriate sales team member.
- Register enquiries in Salesforce.
- Prepare quotation revisions in ERP or Salesforce; verify price, BOQ, quantity, delivery information, and discounts before sending.
- Escalate additional discount requests to the Channel Sales Executive and respond to the customer.
Orders and system support
- Verify LPO quantities and prices against quotations and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure sales orders have accurate customer, delivery, contact, and requested-date information; process orders and submit them to delivery.
- Prepare sample orders with special requests for HOD review and approval.
- Coordinate new material-code creation with sales, supply chain, and finance, following the stated 48-hour process.
- Coordinate ERP item-code updates when specifications change or items are unavailable.
Customer experience and compliance
- Support customer complaints with accurate information.
- Protect confidential company, customer, product, pricing, and policy information from unauthorized disclosure.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the line manager and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Graduate with two years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Knowledge of sales operations, workflows, and processes.
- CRM or ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
