Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with navigating GPS and digital mapping applications.
  • Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn intermediate-level digital tools.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and customer engagement.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and follows grooming standards, including facial hair guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks within a specified geographic area.
  • Comfortable navigating programs similar to social media applications.
  • Reliable, steady thinker with strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Regularly required to bend, stoop, sit, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Visual acuity with hand and finger dexterity.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 30 lbs. routinely, and up to 750 lbs. with mechanical assistance.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or related fields.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle under the Company’s Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Additional Details:
  • The Sales Support Associate must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others including coworkers and third parties. The typical work environment will be in the shop or field which will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, electrical energy, construction equipment, vibration, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles.
