Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years related HSE, compliance, safety, or contractor management experience.
  • Certification: Safety Professional Certification preferred.
  • Additional Details
  • Exempt salaried management position. Primarily office-based with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and limited field exposure. Responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and visual reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices.
  • Understanding of management principles including training, goal setting, employee development, communication, and delegation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and work within technical environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting accident investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Language Comprehension
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English sufficiently to issue, receive, and respond to safety and operational instructions.
  • Minimum of 5 years related HSE, compliance, safety, or contractor management experience.
