Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage and expand accounts across food retail, food services, and hospitality.
- Find new business opportunities, visit clients, and secure product listings.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, chefs, and purchasing managers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory demand to optimize product velocity.
- Report sales results, forecasts, and revenue tracking to senior management.
Candidate requirements
- Mandatory: proven UAE sales experience in the food industry or food distribution.
- HORECA sales experience will receive top priority.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, close deals, and exceed targets.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client-management skills in English.
- A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Fixed salary is AED 4,000–5,000, based on experience; the posting also states pay of AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
