Sales Supervisor

Role summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily sales-team activities; monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Find and develop new customers and business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics, and Accounting to support smooth order processing.
• Follow up with customers about payments, deliveries, and orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management.
• Support and train sales staff to improve performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Keep customer and sales information updated in the CRM/ERP system.
• Assist the Sales Manager with sales strategies and business development; perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience; experience in trading, industrial, steel, or raw materials is preferred.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills; strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets; good organizational and follow-up skills.
• English communication skills are required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay

• AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
