Sales & Sponsorship Manager – Events Industry
About This Role
We are a growing company based in Dubai, specializing in delivering high-impact events, exhibitions and festivals and we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Sponsorship Manager to join our team.
As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across events and sponsorships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across various industries, especially in the healthcare sector
- Develop customized or tailored sponsorship packages and proposals aligned with client objectives
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with events team (marketing, operations, accounts, etc.) to ensure successful execution
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in events sales and sponsorship sales is mandatory and/or essential
- Strong network within the events, marketing, or corporate sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Highly organized, commercially driven and could thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Adept at handling contracts
