The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in any organization, focusing on enhancing sales and increasing revenue through the establishment of strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through research and communication with potential clients.

Present proposals to clients and effectively explain products and services.

Build long-term relationships with current and potential clients.

Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management regarding performance.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies to increase sales.

Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use products.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure sales objectives are met.

Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.

Preferred Candidate

Previous experience in automotive sales of at least 3 years.

Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
4.
Good understanding of the market and current trends.
5.
Ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively.
6.
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
7.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market changes.

Passion for sales and a desire to achieve success.
