Overview

  • A solid automation engineering background with hands-on PCS 7 experience (configuration, architecture design, migration, troubleshooting).
  • Strong understanding of process automation systems, DCS concepts, industrial networking, and OT cybersecurity fundamentals relevant to PCS 7 deployments.
  • Ability to speak both technical and business turning PCS 7 capabilities into clear value propositions for plant managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Experience working directly with customers in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Water, Chemicals, or similar industries where PCS 7 is widely used.
  • A proactive, opportunity-driven mindset someone who can spot PCS 7 upsell, upgrade, and modernization opportunities and drive them with the sales team.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with Account Managers, Technical Sales, and delivery teams, ensuring a unified approach to positioning PCS 7.
  • Confidence in customer-facing engagements: workshops, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and competitive positioning of Siemens vs. other DCS vendors
