Job Purpose

  • Supports the execution of ZNM’s B2B sales and commercial initiatives through sales analysis, partner coordination, and implementation of commercial products and promotions. The role contributes to revenue growth by supporting performance tracking, product rollout, and effective engagement with B2B partners

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Create and implement long-term sales and promotional strategies, including defining B2B pricing models/discount brackets, packages, and other museum offers with corporate/government clients.
  • B2B Sales Development & Account Management: Develop, pitch and manage B2B sales promotions, and coordinate (through the SCD centralized team) with key stakeholders such as Destination Management Companies (DMCs), travel agencies (OTAs), hotels, and MICE operators.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze visitor footfall, and provide regular analytical reports to museum management.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor regional tourism trends, competitor activity, and visitor demographics to adjust the sales approach and maintain the museum's market share.
  • Sales Events & Roadshows: Coordinate and attend local and international tourism roadshows, sales events, and business meetings to promote the museum as a premier cultural destination.

Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, account management, in the tourism, hospitality, entertainment or leisure sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE and regional travel market, OTA integrations, and contracting.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic proficiency (and/or another language) is highly preferred.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience working within structured pricing or centralised sales frameworks is an advantage
