Role overview
Drive growth and expand access to Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health therapies across UAE healthcare accounts.
Work with healthcare professionals and internal teams to accelerate therapy adoption and sustainable business growth.
Location and work arrangement
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Field-based role with regular travel within the UAE to support customers, clinical activities, and business growth.
Primary responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities across existing and untapped healthcare accounts.
- Create growth plans for customer acquisition, therapy expansion, and market penetration.
- Manage opportunities through engagement, evaluation, first clinical use, and commercial adoption.
- Coordinate product evaluations, demonstrations, physician education programs, workshops, and market development.
- Partner with commercial and clinical teams to build long-term customer relationships and recurring business.
- Provide clinical and procedural support when required.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 4+ years of business development or sales experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated track record of customer acquisition, business development, and commercial growth.
- Knowledge of UAE hospital procurement and tender processes; valid UAE driving license.
Preferred qualifications
- Certification or formal training in Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health therapies.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and conversion management.
