Role overview
Grow existing customer accounts by increasing therapy adoption and supporting clinical activities.
Work with healthcare professionals and internal teams to expand use of Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health therapies.
Location and work arrangement
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Field-based role with regular travel within the UAE to support customers, clinical activities, and business growth.
Primary responsibilities
- Increase product utilization, procedure volumes, and therapy adoption within assigned accounts.
- Build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
- Identify account growth opportunities through customer engagement and follow-up.
- Support product demonstrations, evaluations, customer education, and clinical case coverage.
- Maintain knowledge of products, therapies, and competitors.
- Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams on customer experience and territory objectives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 2+ years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or customer-facing clinical roles.
- Experience working directly with healthcare professionals and supporting customer engagement.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Preferred qualifications
- Certification or formal training in Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health therapies.
- Experience with CRM account management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, or territory plans.
