Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the negotiation and closing process.
Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries from local and international clients, providing accurate information on properties, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and pricing.
The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
The Sales Specialist will also be expected to maintain a CRM system, follow up consistently with leads, and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities to support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information confidently to diverse clients.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and managing client expectations.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience or aptitude in sales management and training, such as mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to sales process improvements.
- Familiarity with real estate markets (preferably in Dubai or the UAE), property regulations, and transaction processes is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred; relevant certifications or real estate licenses are a plus.
