Operating completely remote from within the UAE, you will work directly alongside senior business development leaders to qualify inbound partner requests, manage digital product demonstrations, and nurture active client subscription accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Account Pipeline Cultivation:**
  • Qualify inbound enterprise leads, managing initial client discovery touchpoints and scheduling platform demonstrations for senior growth heads.
  • **Consultative Product Presentation:**
  • Conduct high-fidelity digital walkthroughs of our platform interfaces, illustrating how our automated modules lower recruitment friction and optimize candidate pipelines.
  • **Subscription & Trial Coordination:**
  • Manage client trial access loops, track active user seats, and guide mid-market corporate accounts smoothly from trial phases to active paid subscriptions.
  • **Transaction & Billing Liaison:**
  • Coordinate with the finance cell to monitor account balances, oversee seamless portal payment processing, and minimize user subscription billing friction.
  • **CRM Data Hygiene:**
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, renewal timelines, and account feedback parameters using internal CRM toolsets.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • **Proven Inside Sales Foundation:**
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Sales Associate, Account Representative, or Client Success Coordinator within a B2B SaaS company, digital tech agency, or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • **Tech-Savvy Operations:**
  • High comfort level working with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), digital payment frameworks, and remote productivity suites (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira).
  • **Financial Instrument Familiarity:**
  • Deep understanding of digital billing systems, multi-currency processing setups, and automated merchant account mechanics.
  • **Elite Communication Prowess:**
  • Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills; an inherently polite, persistent, and persuasive professional demeanor over digital channels.
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
