About The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Retention Manager

(Abu Dhabi) to lead our membership growth strategy and elevate the customer experience.

This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape our revenue success and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed membership acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Deliver tailored, high-impact sales presentations that showcase the value of our club offerings and convert prospects into loyal members.
  • Maintain accurate records and performance metrics to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build lasting relationships with current and prospective members, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a similar sales leadership role within the same industry (fitness or wellness).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer engagement
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and team development.
