Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed membership acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales policies that align with customer goals and ensure smooth onboarding and renewal processes.
- Deliver tailored, high-impact sales presentations that showcase the value of our club offerings and convert prospects into loyal members.
- Maintain accurate records and performance metrics to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build lasting relationships with current and prospective members, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement.

- Proven success in a similar sales leadership role within the same industry (fitness or wellness).
