Retention Executive – Forex
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (Based on experience)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Retention Executive to manage client relationships, convert leads, and enhance customer retention within the Forex/Financial services sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on driving revenue and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming leads into active clients through effective communication and sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement
- Follow up with clients to encourage trading activity, deposits, and account reactivation
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce client churn
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with company offerings
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated with Forex market trends to effectively engage with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retention, or client relationship roles
- Proven track record in lead conversion and customer retention
- Experience in the Forex or Financial industry is preferred
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
