Position Summary Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia. As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a Sales Representative – Modern Trade, to join our team.

This role focuses on achieving the sales targets in Modern Trade (MT) accounts by ensuring excellent execution of availability, visibility, pricing and promotions, While building strong customer relationships.

Tasks and Responsibilities* Ensure full product availability, including new product launches (NPL), across all assigned Modern Trade accounts.

  • Prevent out-of-stock situations through effective replenishment and order management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution.
  • Execute in-store activities, promotions, planograms, and visibility executions as per commercial guidelines.
  • Collect and manage purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate uploaded at SAP system.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product launches.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports (sales vs. targets, KPIs, market feedback).
  • Identify business growth opportunities within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
  • Drive on-time payment collection following approved credit terms.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, standards, and trade agreements.
  • Uphold the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and ethical business practices during all field operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • +1 years of experience in in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide market insights.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned region.
