Responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes identifying and qualifying leads, presenting products or services, conducting client meetings, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. It also involves regular follow-ups, pipeline management, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage full sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good time management and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
