Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the kiosk and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Explain the benefits of buying and investing in gold through Save in Gold's app and services.
- Guide customers on how to use the app, create accounts, and complete transactions.
- Upsell gold products and promotional packages where relevant.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, stock levels, and display appeal.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve product and service offerings.
Requirements
- Languages: Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience: 1+ year in retail sales, customer service, or luxury goods is preferred.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in a high-end retail setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable guiding customers through an app-based service.
- Must be willing to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
