Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, manage, and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations to ensure fast, secure, and reliable software delivery for a high-performance mobile trading platform serving 100,000+ users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
- Build, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
- Configure and manage production systems with load balancing and auto-scaling
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)
- Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch
- Manage databases (MongoDB), caching (Redis), backups, and failover strategies
- Ensure system security (SSL/TLS, IAM, firewalls, secrets management)
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and uptime
- Perform performance and load testing for real-time systems
- Optimize infrastructure costs and resource usage
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve workflows
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems (Ubuntu/Debian)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, SSL certificates, and security best practices
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in FinTech, trading platforms, or real-time systems
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, multi-region deployments, and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with Vault, KMS, or Secrets Manager
- Experience with FIX API, payment integrations, or financial data pipelines
- Exposure to Node.js / TypeScript environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
