About This Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in lubricants.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing B2B relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring secure and efficient collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive sector, including:
Garages and workshops
Auto spare parts shops
Car wash centers
Fleet companies
Rent-a-car businesses
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Promote and sell lubricants and related automotive products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales of lubricants.
- Strong network within UAE automotive B2B sector is a plus.
- Good understanding of credit control and payment security methods.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in automotive aftermarket.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
