La Victoire Design and Living is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to
join our growing team.
This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and
revenue by bringing in interior design and furniture projects across residential, commercial,
governmental and hospitality sectors.
You will act as the face of the brand, cultivating
relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with our in-house design
and project teams.
• Lead Generation & Business Development
o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
o Develop and expand a network of key industry stakeholders (architects, project
managers, consultants, developers, property managers, real estate agents, etc.).
• Client Relationship Management
o Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions across interior design and
custom furniture services.
• Sales Cycle Management
- o Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals and contract
- negotiation.
- o Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- o Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth
- project handover and successful execution.
- o Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout project life cycles.
- Support to Sales Manager
- o Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and tracking KPIs.
- o Help coordinate client presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- o Support in sales pipeline updates, and documentation.
- o Attend internal sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- o Follow up with project and design teams to ensure client expectations and
- deadlines are met. **Market & Industry Engagement**
- o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- o Stay informed on industry trends, materials, competitors, and market dynamics.
& Requirements
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5-10+ years in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within interior design,
- architecture, furniture, or related industries.
- Existing network within the design, construction, consultant, or property development
- sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Collaborative team player with a client-first attitude.
- Familiarity with design trends and materials is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
