***Position Summary***

We are looking for a highly connected, results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Qatar market to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships, generating qualified project leads, and positioning the company for major interior design, FF&E, procurement, and fit-out opportunities.

This role is focused on opening doors, expanding the company's network, and generating a strong pipeline of projects across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

***Key Responsibilities***

· Identify and secure new project opportunities within Qatar.

· Develop relationships with developers, property owners, consultants, architects, project management firms, hotel operators, government entities, and key decision-makers.

· Establish and maintain a strong network across the construction, real estate, hospitality, and design industries.

· Monitor upcoming developments, tenders, and market opportunities.

· Generate qualified leads for Interior Design, FF&E Procurement, Furniture Supply, and Fit-Out projects.

· Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and company introductions.

· Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings.

· Develop strategic partnerships that support long-term business growth.

· Work closely with management, design, procurement, and sales teams to convert opportunities into awarded projects.

· Support proposal strategies and commercial negotiations when required.

· Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development reports.

***Requirements: Mandatory***

· Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience within the GCC market, with substantial experience specifically in Qatar.

· Proven track record of generating and securing high-value projects.

· Strong existing network of contacts within Qatar's construction, real estate, hospitality, commercial, luxury residential, and government sectors.

· Demonstrated experience developing relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, and decision-makers.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience within the Interior Design, FF&E, Furniture, Procurement, Fit-Out, Hospitality, or Construction industries.

· Strong understanding of project procurement processes, tendering procedures, and market dynamics within Qatar.

· Knowledge of luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and government project sectors.

· Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the Qatar market.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per hour
