Join a growing medical and aesthetic clinic as a highly motivated, target-driven sales professional.
Manage qualified leads, convert enquiries into consultations and treatments, and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into consultations, treatments, and packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle patient enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build client relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify patient needs and recommend suitable treatments and packages.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain client information and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure no potential lead is missed.
- Work with doctors, therapists, and the clinic team on the client journey.
- Follow sales procedures and support overall clinic revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, call centre sales, business development, or a similar target-driven role.
- Experience in aesthetic, medical, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or luxury sales is desirable but not essential.
- Medical sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Previous call centre or telesales experience is highly valued.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Arabic is a plus, and additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Confidence handling objections and converting leads into paying clients.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven clinic environment.
