The clinic seeks a Call Center Agent with aesthetic experience to manage inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
The role supports a smooth, premium patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls about appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Explain aesthetic services, treatments, and promotions accurately.
- Schedule and manage bookings using the clinic CRM system.
- Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams.
- Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support retention.
- Manage WhatsApp and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain customer service consistent with clinic standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of call center or customer service experience; beauty, aesthetics, or medical experience is preferred.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory; strong English communication is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; positive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Previous beauty clinic or aesthetic center experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of laser, facials, fillers, or skincare is preferred.
- Sales or lead-conversion experience is preferred.
- Ready to join immediately.
