About The Role

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in the UAE.

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail and/or HoReCa accounts, executing sales plans, and ensuring strong product visibility and distribution across your assigned territory.

Account Management & Sales Execution

  • Manage a defined route of retail outlets (supermarkets, grocery stores, co-ops) and/or HoReCa accounts (restaurants, cafes, hotels) within an assigned territory
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across volume, value, and distribution KPIs
  • Present and sell new product listings to existing and prospective customers
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery

Merchandising & In-Store Execution

  • Ensure optimal shelf placement, product visibility, and planogram compliance at all retail outlets
  • Execute promotional activities, tastings, and in-store displays as directed by the sales and marketing team
  • Manage product freshness and rotation, ensuring FIFO principles are followed
  • Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the field

HoReCa Sales (where applicable)

  • Build relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and purchasing contacts in hotels, restaurants, and cafes
  • Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions to drive new listings
  • Support the on-boarding of new HoReCa accounts and manage ongoing account servicing

Reporting & Administration

  • Complete daily call reports, journey plans, and sales trackers accurately and on time
  • Use handheld devices or CRM apps to record orders, visits, and outlet data
  • Report on market feedback, customer issues, and competitor activity to the Sales Supervisor

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 1–4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, or consumer goods in the UAE or GCC
  • Experience managing retail routes and/or HoReCa accounts is preferred
  • Familiarity with the UAE trade landscape — modern trade, traditional trade, and food service

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a competitive and self-motivated attitude
  • Good numeracy and ability to understand sales data and targets
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort using mobile CRM/sales apps
  • Valid UAE driving license — essential for this role
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu language skills are an advantage
  • Pay: AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
