We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Cloud Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the day-to day operations of our kitchen, which is listed and actively trading on Talabat in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will bring deep, proven experience managing Talabat merchant accounts and running efficient cloud kitchen operations within the UAE market.

This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of food operations, digital platform management, and customer experience — and requires someone who knows the Talabat ecosystem inside out.

**Key Responsibilities Talabat Account Management**

Own and manage the Talabat merchant portal end-to-end, including menu setup, pricing, availability, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings to maintain a strong Talabat store score.

Coordinate with Talabat account managers on platform features, visibility boosts, and campaign activations.

Track and analyse performance metrics (acceptance rate, prep time, cancellation rate, ratings) and take corrective action as needed.

Ensure menu items, photos, and descriptions are always accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for conversion.

Kitchen & Order Operations

Oversee all kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

Manage order flow from receipt through to dispatch, minimising cancellations and delays.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth ticket management during peak and off-peak hours.

Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in line with UAE regulations.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid shortages or wastage.

Team & Performance Management

Supervise and guide kitchen staff, setting clear expectations around speed, quality, and presentation.

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, order volumes, ratings, and costs Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements Work closely with the owner to set and achieve revenue and rating targets.

Requirements

Essential — Non-Negotiable Minimum 2–3 years of UAE-based experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant operations.

Proven, hands-on experience managing a Talabat merchant account in the UAE (please be prepared to demonstrate this).

Strong understanding of Talabat's portal, ranking algorithms, and promotional tools.

Experience

managing kitchen staff and order operations in a fast-paced environment.

Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards as required in Dubai / UAE Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai immediately.

Preferred Experience managing multiple brands or virtual kitchen concepts from a single site Familiarity with other UAE delivery platforms (Noon Food, Careem, etc.)

Background in using kitchen management or POS systems Strong numeracy and comfort reading sales/performance dashboards

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
