We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our interior design team!
What You'Ll Do
- Build and maintain client relationships from first contact through project completion
- Present our design services and convert consultations into signed contracts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with designers to align client vision with our capabilities
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and open houses to generate leads
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (interior design or luxury/home industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for design, aesthetics, and creating beautiful spaces
- Self-motivated with a strong closing instinct
- CRM proficiency and organized follow-up habits
