Full-time Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate role based in Abu Dhabi.
Generate leads, build client relationships, promote properties, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, networking, and other marketing channels; follow up with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Understand client property requirements and promote residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings, present suitable properties, negotiate prices and terms, and support closing.
- Maintain client relationships and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record leads, client interactions, and sales activity; track market trends, projects, prices, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Local real estate market knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
