Accountant position with Alkojak General Contracting in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The employer seeks an experienced, detail-oriented accountant with hands-on Odoo and ERP knowledge.
Accounting duties
- Maintain financial records and accounting transactions; handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts; assist with monthly closing and reporting.
- Document financial transactions and use Odoo and ERP systems for daily accounting operations.
- Support other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo and ERP accounting systems is required.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must currently reside in Abu Dhabi, UAE; immediate availability is preferred.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
