The Outdoor Sales Representative will expand the employer’s footprint in the UAE market.
The role focuses on new corporate business acquisition and revenue growth from the existing corporate portfolio.

Sales responsibilities and targets
- Identify and secure corporate clients through daily field visits, networking, and strategic cold outreach.
- Complete a minimum of three client visits per day.
- Manage sales from lead generation and professional proposals through closing.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to build client loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and maintain a robust sales measure; the source sentence is truncated.
- Generate 40–50 qualified decision-maker leads monthly and maintain a conversion ratio above 10%.
- Submit detailed daily visit reports and market insight updates.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven B2B corporate sales experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence and car are required; the source text is truncated after “car i.”
- Expert-level negotiation, client engagement, and market analysis skills.
- The employer seeks a disciplined, resilient candidate comfortable with ambitious targets.
Compensation
- Competitive fixed monthly salary plus high-performance commissions and uncapped performance bonuses tied to revenue targets.
