We are looking for an experience and target oriented **Sales Representative** to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the construction and fit-out sectors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and **achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.**
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports to submit to manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outdoor sales of building materials, interior materials, flooring materials, or decorative materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- **UAE driving license is a must**
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong client network within construction, fit-out, and design sectors in the UAE.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Company Provides
- Competitive salary: **AED 4,000 – AED 4,500** (depending on experience)
- Company car with fuel allowance
- Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
