Overview

  • **Lead Generation:** Prospect for new clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • **Consultative Selling:** Interview clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product features, and articulate the value of the solution.
  • **Deal Negotiation:** Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate contracts, and overcome client objections to close sales.
  • **Pipeline Management:** Track all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
  • **Relationship Building:** Provide post-sales support and maintain communication to encourage repeat business and client retention.
  • **Market Awareness:** Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position products in the market

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • **Interpersonal Skills:** Active listening, empathy, and the ability to build quick rapport and trust with clients.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Experience navigating CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
  • **Resilience & Drive:** High self-motivation and the ability to handle rejection while pushing to meet or exceed strict sales quotas.
  • Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per hour
