Key Responsibilities
- **Front Desk Management:** Welcome and direct guests, clients, and vendors.
- **Communications:** Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Support:** Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- **Mail & Deliveries:** Sort, log, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- **Office Coordination:** Monitor reception inventory, order office supplies, and ensure the waiting area is tidy and presentable.
- **Security & Access:** Maintain workplace safety by issuing visitor badges, managing sign-in sheets, and monitoring entries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Customer Service:** A warm, professional demeanor and the ability to handle client inquiries or complaints gracefully.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization & Multitasking:** The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time well, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with standard office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and multi-line phone systems.
- **Problem-Solving:** Resourcefulness and adaptability when dealing with unexpected issues or schedule changes.
- Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
