Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Specialist role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client engagement and work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for Dubatech’s digital solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and demos, preparing proposals and presentations, and clearly articulating the value of custom software, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, and supporting contract negotiations to close deals.

The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, provide feedback to improve offerings, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
  • Sales Management and Training capabilities to support sales processes, share best practices, and help improve the performance of the wider sales team.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions such as custom software, mobile apps, cloud services, or AI/ML-based products.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and basic CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in sales within the tech or digital solutions sector in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
