The company seeks an experienced Sales & Procurement Executive in Dubai.
The role covers sales, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination, with a focus on building materials and marine or ship-supply requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries and prepare customer quotations.
- Source and procure building materials, marine equipment, consumables, tools, hardware, pipes, fittings, and related products.
- Identify and negotiate with local and international suppliers; compare quotations and obtain competitive prices.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability.
- Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships.
- Handle ship-chandling and vessel-supply enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.
- Follow up on quotations, convert enquiries into orders, and maintain sales, purchase, quotation, and supplier records.
- Identify new customers and suppliers to support business development.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience in sales and/or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction-related products.
- Relevant experience in building-materials sales or procurement and/or marine trading, ship supply, or ship chandling is specifically sought.
- Good knowledge of UAE suppliers and market prices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to source products quickly and obtain competitive prices.
- Computer skills including MS Excel and email.
Preferred qualifications
- Marine trading, ship chandling, marine procurement, or ship-supply experience is an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
