Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate customer accounts in marine, offshore, shipyard, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain existing customer relationships; handle enquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and follow-up through order confirmation.
• Conduct customer visits, follow up on leads and pending orders, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Promote marine equipment and industrial products; coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts for order processing.
• Monitor markets, customer needs, competitors, and opportunities; maintain records and report sales activity.
• Build key-customer relationships and identify repeat-business opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience; marine, ship supply, industrial, offshore, oil and gas, or related trading experience preferred.
• Strong B2B sales and customer relationship management knowledge; customer-sector experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, customer follow-up, and business development skills.
• Able to generate leads independently and convert enquiries into orders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM or sales software.
• Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred; an existing UAE marine or industrial customer network is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay listed as AED 2,000–9,500 per month, with sales incentives or commission based on performance.
