Sales Partner

who understands the Qatar business landscape and can bring immediate value through existing client relationships, active projects, and business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As part of our growth team, you will:

β˜‘ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the

Manpower Supply & Staffing Industry

β˜‘ Build strategic relationships with companies across construction, hospitality, logistics, oil & gas, facilities management, and other sectors

β˜‘ Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and sales discussions

β˜‘ Generate leads, convert prospects, and consistently achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

β˜‘ Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service

β˜‘ Coordinate closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth project execution

β˜‘ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in Qatar

β˜‘ Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business growth

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

β˜‘ Passionate about sales, networking, and business development

β˜‘ Confident, persuasive, ambitious, and self-motivated

β˜‘ Outgoing with excellent relationship-building and communication skills

β˜‘ Comfortable attending networking events, client meetings, business dinners, and professional social engagements

β˜‘ Skilled at building natural connections with decision-makers and business leaders

β˜‘ Well-connected within the Qatar business community

β˜‘ Experienced in manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing, or B2B services

β˜‘ Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

β˜‘ Equipped with strong multicultural communication skills and experience dealing with diverse international clients across Qatar markets

β˜‘ Valid Qatar Driving License

β˜‘ Fluent in English and/or Arabic (spoken & written)

β˜‘ Existing client network and active business opportunities are highly preferred

β˜‘ Locally available candidates will be prioritized
