As part of our growth team, you will:

☑ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the

☑ Build strategic relationships with companies across construction, hospitality, logistics, oil & gas, facilities management, and other sectors

☑ Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and sales discussions

☑ Generate leads, convert prospects, and consistently achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

☑ Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service

☑ Coordinate closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth project execution

☑ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in Qatar

☑ Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business growth

We are looking for someone who is:

☑ Passionate about sales, networking, and business development

☑ Confident, persuasive, ambitious, and self-motivated

☑ Outgoing with excellent relationship-building and communication skills

☑ Comfortable attending networking events, client meetings, business dinners, and professional social engagements

☑ Skilled at building natural connections with decision-makers and business leaders

☑ Well-connected within the Qatar business community

☑ Experienced in manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing, or B2B services

☑ Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

☑ Equipped with strong multicultural communication skills and experience dealing with diverse international clients across Qatar markets

☑ Fluent in English and/or Arabic (spoken & written)

☑ Existing client network and active business opportunities are highly preferred

☑ Locally available candidates will be prioritized
