WHAT YOU BRING

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20% throughout Canada for project meetings, customer visits, and site support as required.
  • WHAT SETS YOU APART
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, energy, power, oil & gas, mining manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Autodesk, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • PMP, CAPM certification or project management coursework.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with contracting models such as EPC, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Time & Material.
  • Awareness of safety procedures and regulatory compliance requirements in construction or industrial environments.

  • COMPENSATION
  • The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location, and this role may also be eligible for the full benefits package described above.
