Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented **Sales&** **Operations Manager** to join our growing team in Qatar.
If you have a strong background in the construction industry and a passion for business development and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's sales and business development activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and profitability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Prepare management reports and support strategic business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Minimum3-6years of relevant experience in Qatar or the GCC.**
- Proven experience in the **Construction Industry**, including one or more of the following:
• Carpentry & Joinery
- Steel Fabrication
- Fire-Rated Doors
• Aluminium & Glass Works
- Interior Fit-Out
- Building Materials
- MEP or General Construction
- Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage operations and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Transferable Visa with NOC preferred.
