We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Manager \| Real Estate (Dubai)

Master Agency managing exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai
is looking to appoint an experienced
Sales Operations Manager.
This is a key role for someone who understands the
developer side, agency network, and full deal cycle
, from onboarding to post-sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the
- post-sales process
- (SPA follow-ups, documentation, payments, timelines)
- Act as the main point of contact for
- developer communication and coordination
- Manage
- developer onboarding
- for exclusive projects
- Ensure smooth collaboration between developers, internal teams, and partner brokerages
- Track deal flow, commissions, and project performance
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1.5 year experience with a Dubai real estate Developer or Master Agency
- (Sales Operations / Post Sales / Developer Relations)
- **Experience working with a Master Agency or medium-to-large developer is required**
- Strong understanding of
- off-plan sales processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
