Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a presentable reception area
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the sales team with client visits
• Assist during sales events and ensure smooth guest flow
• Maintain visitor records and provide basic administrative support

Requirements

• **Languages:**
• Russian, Italian, German, Czech, Romanian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch.
• Previous experience in a receptionist / front desk role/hospitality roles in Dubai - 1 year minimum.
• Professional appearance and adherence to business attire
• Well-organized, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, client-facing environment
