About The Role
Working within the Sales Delivery and Excellence function of Miral Destination’s Sales Team this is a role for a cheerful individual who thrives in a busy environment with an ever-changing workload.
As a Sales Operations Manager in our team, you will support the Sales Team with the general administration of sales activities for our world-class theme parks and attractions.
Your area of focus & expertise will be managing our contracting cycle, maintaining an accurate overview of our contract status, liaising with legal and our partners on contract revisions, securing signatures and providing fully executed contracts.
You will also be working with the sales & B2B marketing team to prepare documents including single source justifications, scopes of work and so on for procurement requirements.
What You'Ll Do
- Collaborates with the Sales Teams to provide an excellent level of sales support. .
- Manages contract cycle and onboarding of new partners to strict internal deadlines.
- Provides central liaison for contracted partners and legal to ensure all contracts are issued/ revised within required deadlines.
- Oversees the submission of all paperwork to ensure on time delivery of joint marketing plans in the international markets in coordination with b2b marketing team.
- Manages complimentary ticket and hotel stay requests.
- Liaises with other departments to secure timely support in carrying out sales activities.
- Organises business trips and roadshows for our Sales Team to maximise the time the team can spend out of the office.
- Helps organisation of sales events & roadshows in the local market
- Shares weekly internal analytical reports
- Oversees new ticket product creation and visibility across all b2b portals.
- Coordinates with supporting departments such as finance, procurement, IT, GS and legal for any queries or problem resolutions of any kind.
- Revalidation/Refund - adhering to refund policy/procedure. Following up with refund status with finance
- Sales Business travels – Managing budget for travel/raising PRs/obtaining approval
- Insurance
- Managing Credit limit for all B2B clients.
- Assist in managing/resolution/execution of API products & resolution. Work closely with IT Team/Rev Team
- Assisting Sales Team with their partners/accounts when they are on leave or business travel
Essential
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the UAE.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience managing a contracting cycle for a sales team.
- Strong expertise in liaising between contracted partners and legal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Desirable
- 7+ years of sales experience in the UAE.
- Additional language skills in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese.
