Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi to lead and oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the facilities
- Support the Commercial Director in achieving departmental goals and target
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, ADAFSA)
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and guest-focused service
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team
- Implement SOPs and ensure operational excellence across outlets
- Plan and execute internal and external event
- Foster a positive and engaging team environments
Requirement
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, F&B, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a managerial F&B roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill
- Good understanding of financial management and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
