Overview

We're recruiting a Sales Officer – HORECA to join our client organization, a well-established food manufacturing company operating in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established name in Food and Beverage Manufacturing, known for delivering products that meet high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

With a strong operational setup and a commitment to continuous improvement, the company supports both regional and international distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for our full range of bakery products
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key HORECA accounts, including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product development and pricing strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the HORECA sector
  • Demonstrated experience in selling perishable food items, ideally bakery, dairy, or specialty food products
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
