Sales & Marketing Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively bring in new business opportunities. This is a project-based role, where compensation will be directly tied to the value and success of the projects secured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold outreach, digital platforms, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and bring in business opportunities
- Good understanding of market trends and client needs
Compensation:
- This is a project-based role
- Payment will be made per project, depending on the size, value, and profitability of the deal closed
