Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with creative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) for campaigns
- Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, basic SEO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the same industry (if applicable)
- Valid driving license (if field sales is required)
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- May require fieldwork, client meetings, and occasional travel
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
